How will I receive my digital download after purchase?
You’ll get access to your files instantly. A download button will appear on the confirmation page as soon as your purchase is complete.
You’ll also receive a follow-up email with your downloads, so you can access them anytime.
How do I import and start using my products?
With your order, you’ll receive a private link to a step-by-step video tutorial created exclusively for Cineify customers.
You’ll also get a written setup guide that explains exactly how to import and use your products. If you need help, just reach out, we’re happy to assist.
Can I access my digital downloads on multiple devices?
Yes, your products can be used across multiple devices. After purchase, you’ll have up to three download attempts, making it easy to install your assets wherever you edit.
What should I do if I’m having trouble downloading my files?

Why do I see an empty folder after downloading?
This is a common issue for Windows users and can be fixed easily.
Download WinRAR (or a similar archiving tool) and extract the files again, they’ll appear correctly.
If you’re still having issues, send us your order number and we’ll sort it for you right away.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay in installments using PayPal Pay in 4.
